Welcome
The Value Institute offers project-based courses for MUSC clinical professionals to gain knowledge and apply evidence-based practice principles in their daily work. These courses are available to both individuals and small groups. MUSC Health care team members are all invited to apply to these courses with a specific topic already in mind.
Each course provides a comprehensive overview of evidence-based practice and the essential components for implementation of evidence-based practice in a clinical setting. Participants receive hands-on instruction on how to: develop a PICO question, search the literature, critically analyze research evidence, develop practice recommendations, and work with stakeholders to implement recommended practice changes.
