The Knowledge Base is a platform where faculty, staff, and students can go to begin a search for help 24/7. This one-stop portal is populated with answers to frequently asked questions that came directly from our campus community. You can type any question into the KB and the portal will determine which existing answers are most closely associated with that question. There are various topic areas (i.e. Login, Moodle, Tegrity) with answers to questions like how to set up two factor authentication, how to troubleshoot access to Moodle, how to post a discussion in Moodle, how to export data from a project in RedCap, where to go for software downloads, how to play a Tegrity recording on a mobile device, and updates on laptop encryption.
