Linking to Articles (for Moodle, email, journal club)

In order to be compliant with copyright law, one should link to articles and book chapters, rather than posting or emailing PDFs. Below are instructions for finding a URL that will remain stable, and lead users through the proxy server when off-campus (where they can enter their NetID to obtain full-text).
