Additional issues with Refworks - intermittent slowness and error messages - have been reported this afternoon. I'll make a report to RefWorks and post an update if I have news.
The issues with RefWorks have been resolved.
RefWorks is experiencing performance issues. They have indicated that they are working to correct the issue. One specific issue that has been reported by 2 of our Librarians is that folder that created/shared folders are not showing up.
