What is EBP?

Evidence-Based Practice (EBP) is the integration of best research evidence with clinical expertise and patient values.

Steps of Evidence-Based Practice

  1. Ask the question based on clinical scenario
  2. Acquire the evidence using EBP resources
  3. Appraise the evidence
  4. Apply the information to the patient
